You will receive 3 emails:
A Welcome Email from FFL National
Your HCMS Account setup link โ this link expires after you open it, so complete setup as soon as you open it
Verify Your NPN # (make sure it is correct)ย
Your HCMS invite comes directly from HCMS Contracting Support. Check your spam folder if you can't find it. If it's truly missing, contact your administrator at support@fflnational.com to have it resent.
If you already have E&O, great โ skip to step 3
If not, you have two options we provide, BUT you really can get this from any company you choose:

Download and save your E&O certificate โ you will need to upload it to both NLC and SureLC.

Set Up Your SureLC Account
Log in HERE ๐
New agents: Click "Register" under the login box to create an account, then fill out all your information.
Agents with a previous SureLC account from another IMO: Access SureLC through HCMS to make sure you're in the correct account. If you're unclear on this, ask your business mentor.
Complete the FREE AML Training (inside SureLC)
Click CE & Training
Click Start Training
Click Surancebay LLC FREE
Click the drop-down menu โ a new window will open where you can read or download the material
Click Start Test โ 10 questions, 15 minutes, open book. You can retake it if needed.
Download a copy of your completed AML certificate โ you'll need it in the next step.
Upload Your Documents to SureLC
Upload your E&O certificate
Upload your AML certificate (goes under the CE & Training section)
NOTE:ย Voided Check/EFT Bank Form (No starter checks - please have your full banking info printed on your check)ย
Voided Check or Bank Letter:ย Bank Letter must be signed by a bank representative and include your routing number, account number, and personal information on the bank letterhead. These are the ONLY two options for setting up direct deposit payments. Also, many banks have a page in your account settings where you can download a virtual deposit slip or check that can work for this step))
You will receive an email from our contracting team with the subject "Getting Started with Family First Life."ย THIS IS JUST FYI, ALL THE STEPS YOU NEED ARE HERE

Log in to NLC HERE ๐
Once in NLC:
On the left-hand side, use the tabs (Training, Bank Info, etc.) to upload your documents โ AML, E&O, voided check/bank letter
Double-check that all requirements are submitted before creating any requests
Locate the blue + sign on the Dashboard
Click New Contracting โ Select each carrier: Americo, American Amicable, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Aetna & CoreBridge ONLY
Go through the steps hitting "Next" until you Sign & Submit
Your request should appear in Requests โ Submitted on your Dashboard. If it's sitting in "Drafts," something is missing โ go back and check.
3โ5 business days after completing contracting, call each carrier (their numbers are on the carrier log in the step below) to confirm they received your info and processing is underway. If they don't have it yet, that doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong โ there could be a delay. Either way, let your recruiter know so they can check.
Most carriers have a 5โ7 business day processing time (as long as no additional info is requested). You'll receive your writing numbers from each carrier directly via email.
Download HERE ๐ โ use this to save all your carrier writing numbers, usernames, passwords, and other important info as you receive them.

A big part of your training is being in LiveDials โ basically, if you're working, be logged into LiveDials.

Follow the script. At the bottom, we have specific language to tie down/wrap up your sale
THEN, make to follow using this, or a similar cadence
1-3 days after the sale, make sure they have your number saved in their phone, make sure they are clear on what they bought, and basically reiterate the tie-down section of the end of the script to make sure they are locked in with you, ask for introductions
10 days later, make sure they got the copy of their policy in the mail OR they have logged into their carrier site, whatever makes sense for that type of client/policy, ask for introductions
3 days before their second draft, call as a reminder and ask for introductions
6 months/holiday/or birthday etc, check in, ask for introductions
11.5 months, offer annual policy review, ask for introductions
On each call, take the opportunity to protect other family & friends and see if there are other needs like annuities, children, etc
