AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
You may already have this. However, you should get the American Amicable one; it is free!
To complete the FREE AML Training (in SureLC, through the Gateway)

Click the drop-down Menuโฆ From there, another window will open. You will have the option to read or download the material. The FREE AML training Test is 10 questions, and you have 15 minutes to complete the test. Itโs an open book. To take the test, click โStart Testโ Your results will be recorded, and you can take the test several times if needed.
Download a copy of the finished AML for later.
NOTE: You need to add E&O to SureLC and the AML certificate; you had or just got to SureLC, too.ย AML gets added under CE & Training section

Follow the script. At the bottom, we have specific language to tie down/wrap up your sale
THEN, make to follow using this, or a similar cadence
1-3 days after the sale, make sure they have your number saved in their phone, make sure they are clear on what they bought, and basically reiterate the tie-down section of the end of the script to make sure they are locked in with you, ask for introductions
10 days later, make sure they got the copy of their policy in the mail OR they have logged into their carrier site, whatever makes sense for that type of client/policy, ask for introductions
3 days before their second draft, call as a reminder and ask for introductions
6 months/holiday/or birthday etc, check in, ask for introductions
11.5 months, offer annual policy review, ask for introductions
On each call, take the opportunity to protect other family & friends and see if there are other needs like annuities, children, etc
